I found out about the Heart Truth foundation while shopping for a sewing machine. I came across the Janome HT-2008, a special edition machine put out to help support the Heart Truth foundation. Upon reseaching the logo and foundation I teared up, then I smiled. My mother was a seamstress that died at the young age of 48 due to heart disease. I am very pleased with this dvd and NHLBI for getting the word out...Love the dvd can't wait for the next one.
