When can I expect my materials?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. In most cases, orders will be shipped via US Postal Service and generally take between 2 days and 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the materials. The NHLBI Health Information Center (HIC) will expedite shipping at the requestor's expense, charging the cost of special handling to the requestor's commercial carrier account. How do I request quantities of materials beyond the order limit?

Requests for quantities greater than standard limits will be reviewed on an exception basis according to product availability and other considerations. Can I get a printer's disk of a publication so I can print it myself?

We will provide you, free of charge, a CD with a high definition PDF file for printing.
