Good summary of the diet but not helpful for specific food choices. For full DASH diet info check out http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/public/heart/hbp/dash/new_dash.pdf

it is fitting only ur cultural and social needs, whole globe has not been kept in mind

This is a low sodium handout, and contains absolutely no information on the DASH diet. There are no recommendations for dairy, fruits, veggies, nuts, etc.

The 2 page brochure gives very basic information. It does not provide any real help with choosing the best foods. Much more specifics as to sodium intake and sources needed. I expected much more.....

I found more information on how to use the DASH diet in the Krames booklet I picked up at Kaiser.

I found this consumer friendly. It has basic information and encourages healthy eating.

disappointing
While this gives good tips on cutting sodium, there’s no mention of low-fat dairy or the recommended number of fruit/veggie servings/day

I can’t even bring up the Dash copy!
