One year I gave this to family and friends for Xmas and the next year I just purchased for myself and a few friends. To those who had received it the year before but not that particular Xmas called, emailed or wrote to thank me for the gift I did send but also asked when they’d be getting the Keep the Beat Calendar that year! One friend showed me how he fills his out and keeps them in a file to show to his doctor that he is active on most days. Other than homemade items I have never received a repeat request for any other gift. And, it makes Santa’s sleigh and pocketbook lighter too!
