I found all the answers I was looking for. This report provides great valuable lesson to everyone, not only for HBP people but also their family members and love ones. Thank you.

Basic common sense information that everyone probably knows, but are in denial about really having to follow it to be healthy. Lowering your blood pressure is so much more important than you know, and take it from someone who knows what it can do to someone and ruin your life, if not taken seriously! Don’t wait until someone you love, does not follow Drs. recommendations and their medication properly and has a stroke! Live changing! Don’t let it happen to someone you love or worst, yourself!

This was very good in telling you how to handle hypertension and how to avoid it. My question is why should we have different goals as to what our blood pressure should be. I would think one goal would be the same number for everyone.
